avant-garde...

I have been working on a series of drawings for a forthcoming edition of the Russian/English newspaper Chto Delat? on the avant-garde. The newspaper will be published as part of the Documenta 12 magazines project. If anyone is interested in Chto Delat? their web-site is www.chtodelat.org - they are an art collective and newspaper publishing group and their paper represents an excellent collection of texts on contemporary issues surrounding art, theory and politics.

If You See Something, Say Something

In January/February 2007 Keg de Souza and I initiated the If You See Something Say Something multi-venue exhibition, discussion and publishing project: www.ifyouseesomethingsaysomething.net. Artists involved included: Oliver Ressler, Dmitry Vilensky/Chto delat?, Daniel Boyd, Arlene TextaQueen, Contra File, Taring Padi, Etcetera, pvi collective, Astra Howard, SquatSpace, Richard DeDemonici, Hito Steyerl, David Griggs. Keg and I also contributed a collaborative artwork to the exhibition 2016: An Archive Project.
